Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom cottage in Standish with a Lake VIEW (no public access on this Lake. Only 12 min drive to Sebago public access). The space features a comfy queen bed and a terrific bathroom with a refreshing shower. Guests enjoy a cozy atmosphere with heating and air conditioning to keep things just right. A hair dryer and iron add convenience to your stay. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or simply enjoying some quiet time, this delightful cottage offers a fabulous open, spacious retreat. - Lake VIEW ONLY - for access to water only drive 12 minutes to Sebago Lake public launch access!

Open kitchen and living room downstairs with full dish setup, coffee maker, microwave and some cooking essentials.

Upstairs is an open concept as well, with beautiful window lake views and sunset.

This prosperity is lake VIEW ONLY but it only a 12 minute drive to Sebago Lake access where you can swim or launch a boat.

Hannaford grocery store is a 10 minute drive along with Joes coffee shop and gas station. The town of Windham is about 20 minutes away with a Walmart.

If you like quaint spots, the town of Cornish is 20-25 minutes with a wonderful breakfast place called The Cornish Inn and a nice dinner at Krista’s. Find some fun antique stores in this town as well!

There is space upstairs for an air mattress of you have more quests you want to bring with you. Please message for more details and any questions you may have!
