We have a friend that stays in the Casita from time to time,
it's a garage that was converted into a one-bedroom Casita 4 years ago.
He's no problem and is seldom there.

We live in Northern Utah.
Love visiting St.George which is why we own the Ivins house.
We have converted the detached garage into a Casita. A friend stays there sometimes.
He is polite and won't be a problem, has his own separate entrance. We have plenty of parking.

We love the scenery and location to Tuachan, Snow Canyon, Zions, and historical St.George

What makes this property unique

The house is located next to a small park. We checked out the neighbor-hood prior to purchasing and everyone seems nice.
