About this property

Byn med lugn, natur och sjöar, bastu

Lyåsa is a small village with 10 inhabitants and is located 18 km west of Lammhult or 30 km east of Värnamo. Our estate is a very old soldier tor from 1650. A king's soldier and his family lived on this traditional small farm for centuries - until 1901. The house is made of solid wood and has been carefully renovated in the old style and with all modern comforts. It is furnished and furnished by a family-owned artist in a romantic, restful style with tasteful furniture, handicrafts and art objects. The house is situated in a lush green landscape with miles of wonderful views over untouched old forests. The area is a nature reserve with valuable flora and a rich animal and bird life. These natural treasures invite you to relax and unwind.

Urlaub wurde nach 2 Tagen abgebrochen

Unterkunft wurde vom Vormieter übergeben, ohne Grundreinigung. Der Gastgeber war nicht vor Ort. Das Haus in desolaten Zustand, gravierende hygienische Mängel. Verdreckter Backofen und Herd, verschimmelte Dusche, eine Zumutung. Diverse Ausstattungsmerkmale fehlten. Kein WLAN bzw Internetzugang, nur 1 TV Programm. Fahrräder, Sauna, Waschmaschine nicht auf dem Grundstück gefunden. Der See ist 3km entfernt, man hat kein Zugang, da alles privat. Die Fotos in der Anzeige vom Steg am See und der Badestelle sind gefakt. Nach 2 Tagen haben wir den Urlaub abgebrochen.

sehr schönes haus in ruhiger lage

Die Angaben bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung waren korrekt. Es war alles da was wir brauchten und hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus war sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns von dem Vermieter gut und sehr freundlich betreut. Auf jeden Fall können wir dieses Haus und die schöne Lage weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit viel Ruhe

Super schönes und sauberes Haus, alles was macht braucht ist da. Der See ist zum Angeln nur bedingt gut, viele kleine Zander, ansonsten immer wieder gerne dort hin. Die Sauna ist ganz gut aber die Räumlichkeiten um die Sauna könnten etwas freundlicher Gestalt sein, Waschmarschiene und nackte Wände sind nicht erholsam. Eine Dusche wäre auch schön. Das Boot zum Haus war super, sehr grosses Boot. Auf dem Gelände kommt auch immer wieder ein Dachs zur besuch.
