Sehr große Dachgeschosswohnung mit herrlicher Terrasse

Eine schöne Dachgeschosswohnung für eine große Familie. Es gibt viel Platz und ist auch für viele Personen ausgelegt, sei es drinnen oder auf der Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet. Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist jedoch die Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer :). Großer Tisch, Sitzecke und Grill, was will man mehr. Wir haben die meiste Zeit wahrscheinlich draußen verbracht. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten ist auch schön angelegt und gepflegt. Jedoch hatten wir unseren "Garten" oben ;) Ein kleiner Bäcker ist quasi um die Ecke, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entweder zu Fuß (5-10min) oder mit dem Auto (2min) schnell erreichbar. Fußläufig ist auch der Strand, jedoch haben wir kleine Buchten angesteuert :). Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und man wird herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank! :)

Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä majoitus

Yhteyden otto isännältä tuli parin päivän päästä varauksesta. Kaikki oli majoituksessa kuten oli luvattukin. Kaksi pesuhuone TTA, kolme makuuhuonetta. Laatta lattiat tuntuivat vähän kylmiltä. Valtava parveke, josta upeat maisemat merelle. Kolme kauppaa kilometrin päässä. Leipomo 200 metrin päässä auki joka päivä. Kohde ylitti odotukset.

Freundliche, unkomplizierte, kinderfreundliche und deutschsprachige Vermieter mit sehr guten Ortskenntnissen (schöne individuelle Bootstour); Sehr schöne Gartenlaube mit Grillhäuschen, kleiner gut sortierter Supermarkt "um die Ecke". Ruhige Lage, ideal zum Ausspannen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke!

A wounderful holiday!

We had a wounderful time in our penthouse. It was a lovely, big apartment with a great balcony in the sun! The hostess were very kind and helpful. We had a wounderful evening in their garden with a Croatian meal. They really mad us feel like home!

Perfekt für große Familien und kleine Gruppen

Das Appartement ist genau wie beschrieben, sauber, geräumig und gemütlich. Das Highlight ist sicherlich die Terrasse mit einem Blick, den man nie wieder loslassen möchte! Die Vermieter waren wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit und haben den Aufenthalt und auch schon die Buchung wahnsinnig erleichtert. Biograd ist gut erreichbar und ideal für Tagesausflüge zu diversen Nationalparks und Städten gelegen, wobei man auch in Biograd selbst gut seine Zeit verbringen kann. Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, sehr guter Wein

Wir haben letzte Woche 5 Tage in der Penthousewohnung verbracht (7 Personen) und waren sehr begeistert von der Ausstattung, der Einrichtung, der freundlichen Aufnahme durch die perfekt Deutsch sprechenden Vermieter, der Lage und Aussicht und ganz besonders toll haben wir die schöne, große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und die Marina gefunden. Es war alles so wie beschrieben, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, hat eine Klimaanlage, viel Platz für jeden, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern und einen sehr großen Tisch auf der geräumigen Terrasse, an dem die ganze Runde gemütlich Platz hatte. Außerdem gibt es auf der Terrasse einen gemauerten Grill, so dass wir Fisch und Fleisch vom lokalen Markt grillen und dazu den ausgezeichneten Hauswein und selbstgemachten Likör trinken konnten. Wenn wir wieder einmal in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Last week we spent 5 days in the Penthouse apartment (7 persons) and liked it very much. We were very pleased by the layout and facilities of the apartment, the kind reception, location and views and we especially liked the big terrasse with view over the sea and the marina. Everything was as described, the apartment is fully equipped with all amenities, is climatized and has enough space for everyone, a well equipped kitchen, insect screens on the windows and a large table on the terrasse where everyone finds ample space. There's a charcoal barbecue on the terrasse, so we could grill fish and meat from the local market and drink the excellent house wines and liqueur. We'll be pleased to come back if we return to the region.

Great, spacious place in delightful Biograd

Property was lovely and as described in the pics. We rented the top floor and it was plenty of space for 7 of us. 4 bedroom, spacious living and dining and a fantastic porch overlooking the sea with a dining table and sofa. The garden area is beautiful and the kids loved the turtles. Karlo welcomed us and was very easy to work with. We were trying to decide between Biograd and Zadar for our stay and I'm glad we chose Biograd. Everything within walking distance, small town feel, lovely restaurants and beaches and an easy bus ride to Zadar when needed.

Beautiful place

We had a nice stay in House Makii. We stayed in the penthouse appartment. It was so clean and nice all over. The owner Nevia and her son Mareo are warm and wonderful people who will help you in any way. The Garden was wonderful with turtles walking around and a swing for our grandchild We would like to come back again! Nevia arranged a wonderful Croatian meal for us because of my brother in law's birthday and she arranged a fantastic boattrip to the Cornati islands.

Tolle Urlaubswoche

Wir waren eine 7-köpfige Männergruppe und haben uns hier sauwohl gefühlt. Das Penthouse war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die riesige Terrasse mit Meerblick und integriertem Kamingrill waren für uns ideal. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett und immer ansprechbar um individuelle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir fühlten uns wie zu hause. Vielen Dank dafür !

Eine superschöne Wohnung mit riesen Terrasse

Die Unterkunft mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern war für uns optimal und die große Terrasse mit Grill einfach super!! Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen, wenn wir wieder einen Urlaub in Biograd planen.

Super Vermieterin, (Unser Flug ging erst abends und wir mussten um 10:00 aus dem Haus raus, aber sie hat uns extra ein aufenthalts Apartmant ca 300 Meter weiter verschafft wo wir uns duschen konnten und verpflegen. Natürlich wurden wir auch mit dem Auto dorthin transportiert)
