The unit itself, Enclave 203B was perfect for our group of 9 people. Very well kept, very spacious, clean, and fully equipped. We are very satisfied with the unit. Thank you.We would like to give you 5 stars, but unfortunately there are some issues that came up, which prevented us to grant you that.1. The check-in information given to us at the guest portal didn't include the door code for the unit. When we arrived we had to call Customer Service to get the code. This is a very important information needed at the guest portal. Also we received 2 different codes for the outside gate. So, initially we were confused, which one to use. But we got the right one in the end.2. There's no information on the Wi-Fi network and password. The guest portal mentioned that there would be a placard on the fridge with the information, but there's no placard. When we called the Customer Service, the staff didn't know and wasn't able to give the information. She sent someone to look into the problem and fix it. A placard appeared on the fridge with the info, but much too late. 3. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work. Someone came to fix it, contrary to our instruction not to. So, thank you. It worked afterwards. 4. On the last day of our stay, we had an issue with some insects (flying ants) getting into the unit after a big rain. A 5 star rating demands that none of the above should have happened. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!! 4 stars.
