This fully renovated mobile home is located within the Chapman Lake Campground; only steps away from the private beach and newly installed playground. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds & a queen sleeper in the pull-out couch. Private boat ramp by the beach with pier spots for an additional charge. Onsite parking. All beds will have a mattress protector & a fitted sheet. No other linens are provided. Please bring pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, etc.
No pets, no Smoking.
There is a private beach just steps away & boat ramp along with pier spots for an additional charge. There is a newly installed playground, volleyball and basketball area.
