Everything was modern and updated, as well as spotlessly clean. The host was very responsive. We were able to walk to campus for events at Northwestern (about a mile). The only thing to note is that it is on a fairly busy road, so there is some road noise. I'm a light sleeper and did fine with earplugs.

This two story duplex was completed in 2026 it's very species and has great layout walking distance to the beach and NorthWestern University we also have plenty of parking even for big busses or trucks .
