The Space:

The main room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen are open and airy with vaulted ceilings. A wall of windows looks out toward the Blue River and toward Ptarmigan Peak. Enjoy the view with a glass of wine on the spacious deck or soak in the hot tub while the kids watch movies or play games (we have a big selection!). The perfect place to watch a full-moon rise, find the constellations or even watch for shooting stars!



Ideal for multiple families with children. Four bedrooms, TVs, and large closets. For the kids, one bedroom has a bunkbed and the other two twin beds (which fit adults, too!). For the adults, bedrooms are spacious and even the perfect setup for remote work - stand up desk, large, high-resolution monitor and easy-to-connect to printer.



Situated on a private walking trail that connects to the Blue River tail, there's plenty of lawn space for picnics, outdoor games and building snowmen.



The Summit County Express bus is just steps away and will take you to some of the world's best skiing, including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Vail and Beaver Creek) and numerous trailheads for hiking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing.



This is the ideal base for all of your year-round mountain adventures!

No need for a parking pass as parking is normally ample! 2-car garage available and plenty of extra parking for a large group just steps away. Access is provided through an electronic keypad, a code will be provided prior to your arrival.
