Spacious home was perfect for 3 couples traveling together. Ample room to park our trucks and trailers for a 4-wheeling weekend. Convenient location to enjoy Ouray and the San Juan Mountains.

Beautiful house. This place is huge with all the amenities. It’s close to hiking trails and within walking distance to town and the hot springs. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to visit Ouray.

Ouray is a wonderful little town, our family had an adventure filled vacation here. We were a little worried about not having AC since we are from Maryland and it was August, but it was actually chilly at night, and comfortable during the day (plus we were usually out and about during the hottest part of the days). The house is clean, well cared for, a great layout for families. It was well stocked with necessary items, and easy to make meals at the house since we don't eat out a lot. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were very nice. My family would stay here again, we had a very enjoyable time.

Very nice and clean unit. Covered all the essentials our family needed for the trip. They are building a new house across the street and workers and trucks would start at 6:45am so that wasn’t fun but hopefully it will be done soon and won’t be an issue much longer. Great location from town.

Group traveled to Ouray to go offroading and this property was ideal for our needs! Had parking behind the house that would accommodate a trailer, so all of the rigs fit (2 Jeeps 1 Bronco F250 pulling trailered Jeep)! Bedroom situation was perfect, with two primaries w/ private bathrooms two other bedrooms sharing a full bath. We had everything we could need! House faces the mountains, so a perfect view! Lots of wildlife in the area, which is a plus. Tons of windows to allow for a great breeze. Richard and his crew were great to work with - they went above and beyond to make us welcome. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again when in town for more group rides.
