We really enjoyed our stay here with our two children and a dog in tow. The property was exactly as described and the location couldn’t be beat. Having a fenced in yard was a real unique bonus. Having it be right in the center of Suncadia was a bright point as it was within short walking distance of the Lodge, the Inn, the 1,000 steps and the Prospector golf course. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent weekend getaway! Private fenced yard and hot tub. Main floor bedroom as lovely and comfortable. One thing to note is second full bathroom upstairs is accessed only through a bedroom. Worked well for our family.

This is an absolute wonderful property. About a half a mile from rope rider golf course. And only 200 feet from prospector golf course. The house was super clean and extra comfortable with everything we needed. I would definitely definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a family trip — the location within Suncadia is unbeatable, with easy access to trails, golf, and the resort amenities. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. Kids loved it! The fenced yard gave us peace of mind and the neighborhood is so welcoming. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.
