Gutes Hotel mit einem faden Beigeschmack
Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind allesamt superfreundlich, zuvorkommend und um den Gast sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, da hat es für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig, zudem mit viel Stauraum versehen. Auch das Bad ist sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Es gibt den ganzen Tag gratis Kaffee, Tee und gekühltes Wasser. Alles in allem wäre es wirklich 4 Sterne wert. Allerdings ist die Beschreibung der Zusatzleistungen unglücklich gewählt. Wir waren der Annahme dass das Frühstück, aufgrund der Ɓeschreibung inklusive ist. Nun gut das kann man falsch verstehen und das Frühstück ist die 10 Euro auf jeden Fall wert, aber dann auf der Rechnung 8 x 5 Euro (2 Personen x 2 Frühstück ) zu berechnen geht für uns nicht. Das hinterlässt ein ungutes Gefühl, wenn man das System nicht im Griff hat. Anscheinend besteht das Problem schon länger und wird nicht gelöst. Wir sind gespannt wie das bei unseren Steuern ankommt.
Wäre diese beiden vorgenannten Probleme nicht vorhanden, hätte es auch gerne 4 Sterne gegeben.
Wem dieser Umstand egal ist, der ist im Hotel Allgovia sicher gut aufgehoben. Sonnige Grüsse. Andreas Zink
