The equally spacious and light-filled living and dining area, featuring an open kitchen, creates a stylish atmosphere. Individually adjustable floor heating and a fireplace provide cosy warmth on cooler days. You can also relax in the cosy living area with a couch in front of a flat-screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen gives every amateur chef the opportunity to create culinary delights. All the necessary high-quality appliances—including a convection oven, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, and plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and many other useful kitchen utensils—are provided in ample quantities. A dining table and seating for 8–12 people allow you to enjoy the culinary delights from the kitchen or relax with a glass of wine and a board game during cosy get-togethers. Also on the lower floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom featuring a spa shower, sink, and toilet. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature a double bed and a closet; one bedroom has 2 single beds and a closet. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub, as well as an additional toilet with a washing machine. The sauna is also located here. A staircase leads to the loft on the top floor. It is equipped with three single beds, a large TV, and a PlayStation 4—ideal for teens and children. This non-smoking house with a sauna accommodates 1–12 people; there is also the option to add an extra bed using a portable baby cot. Parking spaces are available at the house.
