Ideal for couples, families, and friends looking to slow down, unwind, and enjoy nature and the local flavors of Istria. Villa Sanja offers 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Mediterranean garden. Enjoy peace, privacy, and nature. Guests have access to the entire property. The host is available at check-in, check-out, and upon request, but does not stay on-site. We are available via phone or message throughout your stay for any questions or assistance. Happy to help whenever needed. The villa is for relaxation only and is not rented for parties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please respect the peace and neighbors. House rules: No loud noise after 10 PM, no unregistered guests allowed, property is for registered guests only.

Special place!

Wir hatten zu viert (inkl. zwei Kinder im Alter von 2 und 5 Jahren) eine super Zeit. Sanja und Marko waren unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie haben uns viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und standen uns bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit zur Seite. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Sanja und Marko und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Villa war für unseren Familienurlaub mit Kleinkind perfekt. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben. Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar und ganz Istrien lässt sich von dort aus ideal erkunden. Die Villa bietet viele Möglichkeiten, gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Besonders positiv sind uns die vielen durchdachten Details aufgefallen, wie Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern oder USB-Anschlüsse an den Steckdosen. Sanja und Marko sind unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber. Sie haben immer schnell geantwortet und uns tolle Tipps für Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nach einer Fehlbuchung hat uns Marko abends noch aus der Patsche geholfen und uns spontan einen Tag eher ins Haus gelassen. Er war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit.

Tolles Haus; gelungener Urlaub

Ein wirklich schönes Anwesen. Sowohl das Haus als auch der Garten mit dem herrlichen Pool haben uns begeistert. Einige kleine Schönheitsreparaturen wären nötig, aber da kann man getrost drüber hinwegsehen. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit seinen Tipps und Empfehlungen weitergeholfen (Danke Marko!) Wir würden die Villa Sanja jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
