Bayside Coastal Retreat Near Copano Bay

Relax and unwind in this spacious coastal guest suite just steps from beautiful Copano Bay. Thoughtfully updated with a clean, modern coastal feel, the suite features a comfortable queen bed with adjustable base controls, cozy sitting area, Roku TV with streaming apps, dedicated WiFi, microwave, mini fridge, coffee station, dining table, and a large private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Our guest suite is a private, attached suite located on the back side of our home—it is not a separate guest house. Guests have their own private entrance, dedicated parking, and no shared indoor living spaces. The suite is completely self-contained, allowing you to enjoy privacy while knowing we’re nearby should you need anything during your stay.

Lush greenery surrounds the property. Take a walk and enjoy the breeze through the trees and the smell of the many flowering bushes and vines. The property offers parking for your boat and a place to tuck away your kayaks. With little to no traffic down our way, you can experience that much-needed peace & quiet!

Guests enjoy a private entrance through the back door with easy self check-in using a secure deadbolt keypad code. A welcoming entryway with seating for two leads into your spacious guest suite.

Hosts are usually available on-site if needed, but guests can enjoy a completely private and contact-free stay if preferred.

The suite also includes a flat-screen TV with streaming apps, dedicated Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, coffee/K-Cup station, and a vintage record player with records to enjoy during your stay. Touch lamps are conveniently placed on each nightstand for added comfort and additional usb charging.

Please note that this is an attached guest suite rather than a detached cottage. While you’ll have your own private entrance and space, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds, just as you might in a duplex or townhome.
