Holiday Home 'Casa Mia' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Private Garden
From "CASA MIA", in a short time you can reach: the art cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena and Carrara with its white marble. The sea the beaches of Versilia, Forte dei Marmi. Viareggio, Pietrasanta and Lido di Camaiore and the beaches of Marina di Massa.
You will find, however, more information inside the house.
In the house there are: a large eat-in kitchen with fridge and freezer, cooker, oven and microwave oven. A large living room with sofas and flat screen TV. 3 bedrooms for a total of 8 persons. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath/shower. And everything you need to prepare and consume meals. Ample free private parking in front of the house.
During the summer, it is possible to take part in festivals and gastronomic fairs of various kinds in Castelnuovo and the neighbouring villages.
Means of transport:
Railway station. Bus terminus station. Taxi service (Guidi (Castelnuovo di Garfagnana). Pisa international airport 70 Km. Florence International Airport 110 Km. Bologna International Airport 130 Km.
- Heating is available only on request, for a fee, and during periods authorized by local authorities.
- Booked guests have exclusive access to all spaces in the living area and outdoor spaces.
- Bedrooms, beds and bathrooms will be available based on the number of booked guests.
- Access to non-booked guests is not permitted. Any exceptions must be agreed in advance with the owner.
