The property is situated on the hillside 2.5km from the market town of Castelnuovo Garfagnana which has many amenities including cinema, tennis, shops and many restaurants. Completely independent surrounded by acres of farmland and overlooking the green Garfagnana valley.

The property is composed of: 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 1 bedroom with bunk beds. l bathroom with WC and wash hand basin. Lounge with bed settee, fireplace & SAT TV. Dining room with fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher & washing machine. Outdoor terrace for eating out, BBQ.

Within reach of Lucca, Florence and the coast.
