Why they chose this property

It is very close to the beach (5 mins to be exact), so you can drive a golf cart to the public beach access where there is a foot rinsing station and golf cart parking.

What makes this property unique

🌭Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy our private yard with patio for a BBQ (grill included!) and plenty of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the beach.

🛺Golf cart friendly area with plenty of space to park at our home.

🏝️The beach is just 5 minutes away, and there is a foot rinsing station and golf cart parking. We have a local contact who will also deliver and set up beach chairs for guests.
