Quiet residential neighborhood. There is some traffic but the house sits far enough off the road to offset the noise.

What makes this property unique

The house is newly remodeled. It's comfortable and cozy. Opening the windows in the summer room create a nice breeze to keep you cool. The area does not usually have a lot of humidity.
Perfect for skiers who may want to stay off resort. 30 minute drive to Timberline and Canaan Resorts.
