We had an awesome time at this property. It was clean, well maintained, and had every extra you could want! It is centrally located to all western MD has to offer. After 24 hours, we were wishing we booked the whole week instead of a long weekend. We will be back!

Dallas was amazing at accommodating my husbands birthday weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless upon arrival. I really don’t have any complaints, if anything the hot tub jets didn’t fully work, the bedding was comfortable but the actual mattress was pretty firm and a tv would be great in the bedrooms. The game room was the star of our trip along with the porch. All in all we had a great time and would definitely return.

Thanks so much for choosing to stay at Fireside! We also value your feedback. The hot tub jets can be turned on and off individually by turning them. They were just checked today and some of them were turned off, but they all seemd to be functioning properly. Thanks again and come back anytime!

Dallas and Carmen were terrific hosts. The house is super clean and has all the comforts of home, and then some! We have stayed in many houses for get away weekends and The Rissers supplied us with a gem and were the best, most attentive hosts we’ve ever experienced. 5 stars for sure!!

Wonderful vacation spot!

The hosts are wonderful, they go above and beyond providing anything and everything needed to have a relaxing, great time. We loved the house, it was spotless with anything one needs at a hands reach. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and hammock and grilled upstairs on the deck.

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The game room, hot tub and fire pit were family favorites. All of the essentials were included to make this an amazing weekend getaway. The house was spotless and communication with the owner was easy and immediate response. Check in/check out was super easy. The homemade cookies was a welcoming touch.

The cabin was well equipped with home away from home items. The cabin was very clean and welcoming. The hosts left us home made cookies and they we're very easy to reach with questions. The bedrooms were comfy cozy. We really enjoyed the fire places and the outside firepit was awesome. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the game room in the basement. We definitely would recommend this cabin and we plan to come back.

We had an excellent time in this beautiful home! The location is quiet and serene, and the house and yard are well cared for. It was very clean and cozy. Loved all of the sitting areas and how nicely decorated they were. The kitchen had a wonderful amount of counter space and was well stocked with the dishes we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub one of the mornings and appreciated the instructions and towels set out. Dallas was a superb host and we would definitely book again! Highly recommend!

My husband and I decided to do a last minute trip away for our 10th year anniversary and this house was ABSOLUTELY perfect. It was completely spotless and had everything you could need for a few nights away. Dallas was quick to reply with any questions we had and gave us some great recommendations for places near by to try. The property was beautiful and we hope to come back with our family- there’s MORE than enough space! We had a perfect little getaway

Weekend Surprise Getaway

We loved this place! We used it as a weekend getaway over the holiday weekend for my husbands 30th birthday. Everything was super clean and decorated so cute! There were a couple times over the last few months I had to message the owners about our booking with a question and they got back to us so quickly! They truly thought of everything as far as the fire pit and supplies, all of the games in the basement, and a lot of kitchen supplies that made our stay simple. Would definitely recommend!

The place was amazing. We fell totally in love with the property and the house. After 20 years of marriage and 15 years of always having at least one of our children with us a night just to ourselves to go out and have a good time and a great place to come back and hang out together was amazing. To boot, we found exactly the type of property and layout of the home we would like to eventually retire to. The place and time was so amazing literally cannot think of one thing to complain about.

Relaxing & Beautiful

The pictures do not do justice for how gorgeous this place is. Each room had its own unique touch , the wood accents were stunning. If you have children they had a play pin, toys and books that would peak their interest. You have your own privacy with how spaced the rooms were . Last thing this place was in such a good area very easy to get to deep creek or antique shopping !!

Cabin Baecation

My partner and I had an amazing time staying at this cabin for the weekend. It was well put together and very organized. We had more than enough space to enjoy our time. We had limited access to the outside areas due to the snow but we still had plenty to do inside during our stay and the hot tub was still accessible . Our city lifestyle didn’t prepare us for the curtainless windows at first but the open lighting became a warm comfort in the morning.
