the information was not communicated via Expedia messages (the platform I used to book). I got a text on my cellphone the day of my arrival. Because I was already driving to Montreal when I got the text, I got confused and went to the wrong coffee shop to pick up the fob. I ended up getting a $100 parking ticket while waiting (I went to the wrong location as there are 2 coffee shops with the same name on the same street). After I got the fob and found the underground parking, the stay was fantastic. I am sharing this as I think Expedia and Vbro need to work together to better communicate messages to clients. I did not get any instructions via the Expedia website -- just a personal text message which was not expected.
