A beautiful, new 1-bedroom apartment with fenced terrace, garden and private parking.
Ideally located in a quiet, relaxing and green residential area, all within walking distance: shops, restaurants, Provencal markets, beaches, Aqualand, mini golf, etc…
The apartment is air conditioned, bright and very clean.
The decoration is modern and refined. Spacious, with a large bay window overlooking the small private garden (90m2), the apartment has an open kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with two beds that can be connected, and a terrace.
All beds are new.
The bathroom has an Italian shower (completely renewed). The apartment has Wifi and it is perfectly equipped:
a large wardrobe, washing machine, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer...
The garden is fenced and green. Sun loungers, electric plancha barbecue.
