Perfect for a couple or a family with children. The open loft area has 5 twin beds and a queen, great area to sleep the kiddos! Lower level basement includes 2 Bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with walk in shower and Theater room with wet bar. Perched up with 180 degree views up and down Lake Sylvia, there are not stairs to the lake but a driveway right down to the waters edge. Down at the lake features 200' of shoreline, a sandy beach area, fire pit and dock. Large 2 car attached garage and detached garage with the "Man Cave". Guests have plenty of space to relax. Inside, the cool air conditioning and heating keep the atmosphere just right no matter the season. Whether you’re unwinding or getting ready for the day, this wonderful house offers a pleasant retreat. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and this one was by far one of our favorites! The listing honestly doesn’t do it justice.The home is beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped. They have paddleboards, kayaks, beach toys, and so much available to use. The kitchen was well stocked, and the movie theater in the basement was a huge hit with our family. We also really appreciated having access to the garage so we could store our boat trailer out of the way during our three-night stay.I was a little concerned about the hill down to the lake before we arrived, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected and was very walkable. We brought a foldable wagon for hauling coolers and other things down to the lake, which worked perfectly. For my parents, we simply drove them to the public access right down the road to get on the pontoon, and that worked great.The lake view from the property is amazing, and the fishing was excellent! The dock worked perfectly for tying up our 22-foot rental pontoon, and we were also able to use the beach area to tie off our personal boat.Overall, this was a fabulous place for our family. Everyone had such a great time and was already talking about coming back. We would absolutely stay here again next year!

We have been using VRBO for ten years. We booked last minute and the property had no reviews-a new listing. The home and the view from the house was beautiful. Good for a family or couples getaway. There should have been a Welcome book that explained where everything was located and how things worked.It was frustrating to figure out everything. The active hummingbird feeder on the back patio was a delight to watch. Before we grilled the second day it was good we checked the grill. There was no propane but we messaged the host and they quickly sent over a new tank. Fishing off the dock was very good which made our kids happy. The living room tv was missing the dish remote so no local channels. The downstairs theatre was awesome. The walkway down to the beach was steep but walkable. Since this was a first time listing those mentioned above can be easily corrected. Cooked dinners all week and had a fabulous vacation with our family.

We had a large family get away and the house was excellent. The paddle boards/kayaks were amazing. The kids enjoyed them the most! We will have to come back again!
