Elegant Frisian-style house for 6 people, approximately 80 square metres in size, with a rowing boat and fishing boat (Anka model, suitable for 4 adults), offering a beautiful view of Lake Sternberg. The house is designed to accommodate 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The living room features a Smart TV (with a free Netflix account) and a combined DVD player and micro-stereo system, along with a corner sofa and two armchairs that comfortably seat 6 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner electric stove with multifunction settings (convection, etc.), a microwave, and a refrigerator with a large separate freezer compartment. There are 2 lounge chairs, a table with 6 chairs, a grill, and a patio umbrella.

Each of the three bedrooms sleeps 2 people. Upstairs, the two bedrooms opening onto the terrace each have a double bed. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, which can easily be pushed together (since they have no outer frame) to form a single sleeping surface. Each bedroom has a spacious closet.

There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. A height-adjustable shower stool is also available. The lower bathroom has a washing machine. The house is wheelchair-accessible: there is no step at the front door. The bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor have doors of appropriate width. The terrace also has wheelchair-accessible access. The rowing boat is available from April through October (subject to availability and at your own risk).

The house is equipped to accommodate guests with allergies (e.g., washable comforters and pillows; pets are not allowed). The house is a smoke-free home. A small swimming area with a beach is located in the park, about 25 m away. A public outdoor lake swimming pool with slides is about 700 m away. Sternberg’s historic city centre, with numerous shops, is about 500 m away. Schwerin and the Baltic Sea coast are about 35 km away.

Wi-Fi (fiber-optic connection) is available free of charge.

Nearby, you can rent canoes for trips on the Warnow or Mildenitz rivers, as well as bicycles.

At this holiday park, we can also offer you the “Blick aufn See” and “Seerose” cottages if you need more space.
