The ground floor is fully tiled. All windows (except for the patio door) are equipped with fly screens.<br><br>A fireplace provides cosy warmth in the open living-dining area, which is fully equipped to meet every need—microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and pod coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, washing machine, dryer, and much more.<br><br>One bedroom and a large bathroom with underfloor heating are located on the ground floor. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are located on the upper floor, The house features 4 LCD TVs and a stereo system with CD and DVD players, as well as a Blu-ray player.<br><br>Internet access is available free of charge upon registration.
