Schöne Unterkunft, unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin

Insgesamt eine gute bis sehr gute Unterkunft mit einer total netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin: gute Ausstattung, gute Aufteilung, gute Schlafmöglichkeiten, auch die Lage ist wirklich gut (liegt am Stadtrand von Coburg, mit dem Fahrrad ist man aber über eine geführte schöne Route innerhalb von zehn Minuten am Ratshaus. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Sie liegt an einer wirklich viel befahrenen Straße. Die Umgehung wird allerdings schon gebaut, und wenn die existiert, ist die Wohnung wirklich absolut top!

Wir waren ein paar tage in der fewo,welche neu eingerichtet wurde. Gartennutzung wäre möglich gewesen. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden.schlüsselübergabe nach kurzer vorheriger Absprache hat super geklappt.

Urlaub

Super nette Vermieter. Fewo ist neu, sauber und gemütlich. Lage an der Hauptstraße ab Berufsverkehrszeit morgens etwas laut, aber noch ok. Schöne Umgebung. Fußläufig sind einige Ziele gut zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad oder PKW noch schneller. Öffis in der Nähe (Bus/Bahn). Und das Beste: die Vermieter haben uns mit einem Grillabend überrascht. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.
