Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dieser sehr sauberen und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.Der Empfang und der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Wir sind mit einem kleinen Hund gereist und für ihn standen sogar zwei Hundenäpfe bereit.

Toller Familienurlaub

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Aurich. Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal um als Ausgangspunkt vieles zeitnah zu erreichen. Nette, unkomplizierte Vermieterin, die bei Fragen immer freundlich, ansprechbar und erreichbar war. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr sehr sauber. Es hat sehr gut gerochen! Man merkt mit wie viel liebe sie eingerichtet worden ist. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab nur einen kleinen Minuspunkt. Bei Ankunft in der Wohnung lag ein Infozettel mit Extra kosten. Was für uns bedeutete 72€ mehr zu zahlen als angenommen. Der Preis war auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt aber man hätte es gerne vorher gewusst.

Schöne Wohnung mit finanziellen Hindernissen.

Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir sind eine vier-köpfige Familie. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass weitere 5,- € pro Person/Tag, bei Abreise in bar gezahlt werden müssen, dies hätte in unserem Fall 140,- € entsprochen. Hier sind dann die verbrauchsabhängigen Nebenkosten, sowie Parkplatz (bei der Wohnungsbeschreibung wird nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass dieser kostenpflichtig ist) und Internet enthalten. Dass verbrauchsabhängige Nebenkosten entstehen, darauf wurde auf der Homepage hingewiesen, aber nicht in welcher Höhe. Wie auch, denn verbrauchsabhängig bedeutet, dass nur der jeweilige Verbrauch (notieren der Zählerstände) abgerechnet wird, dies fand allerdings nicht statt. Eine zweimalige Kontaktaufnahme meinseits fand statt um mit der Vermieterin diesen Umstand zu besprechen. Beide Male wurde ich schriftlich auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet, zum Gespräch kam es aber nicht. So leider nicht wieder.

Norden genießen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das Zentrum ist in knapp 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kino, Scatehalle Restaurants, Cafés, alles da. Aurich und vor allem die Nordsee ist immer eine Reise wert.

Kurzurlaub in Ostfriesland

Alles sehr schön eingerichtet, prima Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Vermieterin. Das zweite Bett ist für zwei Teenager vielleicht ein bisschen zu schmal.

Sie haben es wahrscheinlich im Vorfeld nicht gelesen, aber die Größen der Betten (180 cm und 140 cm ) sind in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung unter den Details der Zimmer benannt.
