Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, sailing school 6 km, riding stable 4 km, walking paths from the house 5 m. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Upper floor: 3 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). Beautiful view of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
