The location was very good, close to train station. Fabulous view over the lake from the balcony. Very good host, easy checkin.Didn't nèed the air conditioning as the windows open fully and very quite.

The place is fantastic, clean and cosy the beds are super confortable. The kitchen is well equipped to cook if you want and the location is perfect, close to the center and grocery’s are 10 mn by foot!! We will come back for sure!!

Fabulous spot by Lake Lucarno

We thoroughly recommend this holiday apartment! It is spacious and well- equipped good kitchen, comfortable beds fantastic location overlooking the lake, near the town centre and rail station. It is on a quiet road (used more by cyclists than cars) lined with restaurants and cafes, making a nice atmosphere. R., who owns the appartment, also runs the bar below, but don't worry, this does not create intrusive noise! He is very welcoming and concerned for you that all goes well for your stay.

Great view and location

We loved R.'s apartment. It is situated along the waterfront with a fantastic view from the balcony in the front. It is above a bar but don't let that put you off. We were not disturbed by iT at all. R. also provided a lovely welcome gift. Thank you.

Perfect Match

Sehr saubere und äusserst zentral gelegene Wohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Die Bar stört in keinster Weise, im Gegenteil: Man ist als Gast gerne gesehen und wird willkommen geheissen!

Wundervolle Ferienunterkunft

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Auch der Kontakt mit den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Wohlfühlen im Juwel am Lago Maggiore

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock über der Bar La Vela von Reto mit direktem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Alles ist perfekt sauber und aufgeräumt hergerichtet. Ich fühle mich sofort wohl in den Räumen, die grosszügig bemessen sind. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht, auch eine Klimaanlage, sowie Waschmaschine/Tumbler sind vorhanden! Der Barbetrieb stört überhaupt nicht. Im Gegenteil: Hier gibts die besten Thonbrötli! Unbedingt probieren :-) Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Gemütliche Wohnug mit Seesicht

Die gut eingerichtete Wohnung liegt über einer gemütlichen Bar nahe bei der Schiffstation, dem Bahnhof und der Altstadt. Vom Balkon hat man eine tolle Sicht auf den See und die Uferpromenade. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Laden mit frischen Alltagsprodukten ist gleich nebenan. Ein Parkplatz ist in einem nahen Parkhaus vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben eine tolle Ferienwoche erlebt. Die Wohnung ist über einer Bar und der Vermieter R. B.führt diese Bar. Was können wir sagen: - sehr netter Empfang und es wurde alles tip top gezeigt - es wurde auch immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei - Wohnung ist an einem tollen Ort und wenn man auf dem Balkon ist, läuft immer etwas - Bar stört überhaupt nicht, auch lärmmässig nicht - Tagesablauf: Morgenessen Balkon, danach Erkundungsreisen, Abend geniessen auf dem Balkon

Just perfect!

Wunderbare Lage am See! Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Zudem ist man auch zu Fuss schnell im Zentrum oder bei der Bahn. Die Bewirtung in der Bar ist familiär und wird von gesitteten Gästen besucht. Somit keinerlei Störungen!

Die FW ist genau wie beschrieben und hat alle was man braucht. Balkon mit herrlicher Sees Sicht. Zur Piazza Grande und zum Bahnhof ist es ein kurzer Spazierweg an der Seepromenade. Wir waren vom 06.-13.07.24 dort, wären gerne länger dort geblieben leider war die Wohnung besetzt. kommen sicher wieder einmal. R. und sein Team waren sehr sehr freundlich Danke nochmals.

Frühlingsferien

Abschalten und geniessen

Wir konnten einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Kurzurlaub geniessen. R. war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und konnte uns viele Tipps für spannende Aktivitäten geben (er spricht fliessend Deutsch und Italienisch). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hat eine grossartige Lage und ist mit allen wichtigen Sachen (Haarföhn, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, ect.) ausgestattet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
