The house itself has undergone the sloppiest remodel i have ever seen in my life. The ceilings droop, badly in some areas. The floors are slanted badly- particularly the kitchen and upstairs bath. Bedrooms are well appointed with clean bedding. All beds fine except downstairs front bedroom. All rooms are dimly lit. Which doesn't jive with the super dark wall colors The bathroom! Ugh! Main floor bath - the entire shower/tub is full of mold. The towels for the whole house are old, faded, crunchy, dirty and the wash cloths were wet when we arrived. And no detergent . Upon arrival the whole back door and that wall was covered in cobwebs and spiderwebs, complete with spiders. The dimly lit, slanted kitchen came with no coffee maker. That is a must for a guest house!!! The gravel and mud driveway is covered in broken glass- everywhere. The trash and recycle cans were 85% full. All in, mostly comfortable bedrooms.... is the beat this house has to offer. I am absolutely shocked that VRBO claims this property.

The home was conveniently located near our venue. The bedrooms were nicely decorated. The upstairs bathroom had a leak in the ceiling due to the excessive rain during our stay. I immediately contacted the hostess, and she got someone out there to “patch” it that night. It left a pretty big mess that needed to be cleaned. Although there were basic cleaning supplies in the home, we purchased additional items to deep clean the restroom. We kept having issues with the door lock/keypad and were locked out for some time. The grass also needed to be cut, but again, the rain was constant. Overall, it was a good stay.
