The Space:

At Warmia Forest Kobułty you will find a spacious and comfortable property ideal for relaxation. The interiors have been designed with Guests’ comfort in mind and are equipped with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.



The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine, offering 4 sleeping places. Additional sleeping space is available on the sofa in the living room on the ground floor. The house is suitable for families with small children – a pack-n-play travel crib is available on site, and a safety gate is installed upstairs.



Inside, you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace, while outside there is a private hot tub, offering a unique relaxation experience.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property. Additionally, we offer a shared garden area with outdoor lounge furniture, a fire pit, and a barbecue. Free parking is available on site, and the illuminated pathway to the entrance ensures easy and safe access after dark. For active Guests, bicycles are available, perfect for exploring the surrounding area.



Pets are also welcome on the property, and the fee for bringing a pet is PLN 125 for the entire stay.

The easiest way to reach Warmia Forest Kobułty is by car, and free parking is available on site. The property is located at Kobułty 76a, 11-300 Biskupiec. The pathway to the entrance is illuminated, making it easy to move around the area after dark.
