Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee, payable on arrival. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Guests under 25 years old cannot check in. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. This is a family property.



The apartment is in a residential area: according to local regulations, noise and loud music are prohibited after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and after 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors' rest.
