Place is clean and conveniently located. Host was communicative. Parking was really tricky. Got blocked by a U-haul truck in the driveway when we tried to leave one morning. Then when we came back, two locals were talking between their two cars and wouldn’t move to let us back into the driveway so we had to park on another street.

Comfortable modern, tastefully decorated & bright apartment, Super clean, convenient & wallet-friendly location in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Easy communication with host who clearly takes pride in her new property and wants guests to have the best experience. Kitchenette was adorable & host even supplied real creamers for the coffee & a "welcome" bottle of wine! ( thank you). Living area felt quite spacious and was bigger than it appears in photos with a large LG TV. Bedroom & bath were unexpectedly huge and well-appointed. Good for solo, couples and young family (pull out couch). Just two steps to enter unit. Perfect home base for a visit to downtown New London, Groton & short ride to Mystic. Would rent again.

The reviews gave us the impression that this would be a comfortable and pleasant stay but unfortunately that was not our experience. For starters, the heat didn’t work despite our repeated attempts to turn it on using the thermostat. On top of that there was no hot water in the shower; despite the loud water heater, that would randomly turn on in the middle of the night, being located in a room next to the bedroom. The property was also inaccurately represented in several ways. The couch was advertised as a fold-out but the moment we attempted to use it the thing fell apart. The lid of the garbage can does not properly fit the can itself and immediately came apart when we attempted to throw something out. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and the television was positioned at such an awkward angle that it was difficult to watch anything comfortably. One of the reviews suggested that this would be an ideal stay for a couple. However, the bed was small and my boyfriend’s feet were hanging off the edge for the entirety of the night. Describing this as a suitable accommodation for two adults is misleading. We were forced to leave early due to family situation. Although the host denied our request for a refund, we would not have wanted to remain for the second night regardless. I understand another stay on short notice is hard to book. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere, though this stay was clean and the host is responsive.

Had a wonderful stay and this is a beautiful little apartment. Host was extremely responsive and great to work with!! Very clean and new atmosphere! Floors were a little dirty , though we didn’t realize until we walked barefoot, this was mentioned to the host and she had corrected. Again, beautiful apartment and would highly recommend!!
