Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bath retreat in WSU's historic College Hill district, fully remodeled in May 2025. Just a short walk to campus, this home blends modern updates with the warmth and character of a classic Pullman property.

The lower level includes a small kitchen, cozy living area with TV, large bedroom with two queen beds, decorative fireplace, full bathroom, laundry room, and access to the backyard patio with outdoor seating and a grill. This level works well as an additional hangout space for families or groups traveling together.



Upper Level



The upper level features two spacious bedrooms with king beds, a full bathroom, and generous storage.
