Located in the heart of downtown Spokane, you’re just blocks from Riverfront Park, local cafés, art galleries, theaters, and the city’s best dining. Whether you`re here for business, romance, or a quiet solo escape, you’ll feel the story of Spokane wrapped into every detail of your stay.
Welcome to the Bickett — where history meets hospitality. To help keep this a restful, respectful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please be mindful of noise — this is a historic building with original wood floors that carry sound.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. A $250 fee will apply for violation.

No Pets Allowed

No Parties or Events:
Unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. A $1,000 fine will apply for any party-related disturbances.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests
Only registered guests are allowed in the unit at any time.

PARKING:
Your stay includes complimentary parking for one vehicle in our designated monthly parking space. If you’ll be bringing a vehicle, please send us your vehicle information prior to arrival so we can register it for parking. Parking for additional vehicles is not included.

Please Note:
The Bickett was built in 1905 and retains all of its original charm — including 25 stairs with a landing followed by another 22 stairs to the 3rd floor. Original wood flooring. If guests could handle it in 1920, we believe you’ve got this too

The property was absolutely beautiful and very conveniently located downtown around lots of local bars and restaurants. The building held a lot of historical charm and the apartment offered everything you may need for a little getaway. The property owners were very responsive and helpful and did what they could to make sure that we were happy with our stay. Buyer beware that the free parking advertised is limited to 1 parking spot for the apartment. Which was a bit of an issue for having 6 adult guests stay the night with 2 cars, but we were able to pay for an additional parking spot in the same lot. Also, there is a rather large, very comfortable bed in a room, a nice bed in the upstairs loft area (kind of open, you can see it from the kitchen area - which was not a problem for us), and a tv-area common space upstairs that has a couch and throwing darts, the listing said that there was a full sized pull-out bed in the couch, which was not the case. When we asked about it the property owners apologized and said there was an air mattress. That was a little disappointing but we still were comfortable and made it work. The property owners were very helpful and professional throughout our conversations and stay. They accommodated all of our concerns We appreciate them taking care of us. We would definitely recommend this stay.
