This expansive penthouse offers a unique, sprawling multi-level layout, beautiful seaside-blue accents, updated flooring, and plenty of space for everyone to stretch out.

Please be advised that there is a small staircase leading from the 3rd floor (2 queen-size beds + full and twin bunk beds) to the 4th floor. The first staircase consists of 3 steps and is approximately 22 inches wide. After that, there is a regular staircase leading to the 4th floor (2 full/twin bedrooms + 1 queen bedroom).

Outdoor Covered Porch: Step out onto the wide upper balcony porch, sit back in the rocking chairs, and take in the neighborhood coastal vibes.

Grand Living Room: Features a spacious open layout with bright windows, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and multiple black futon sofas that double as extra sleeping setups for large groups.

Oversized Dining Hall: A dedicated, bright room featuring a massive 8-person dining table. Perfect for family feasts, game nights, or group strategy sessions.

Full-Size Kitchen: Equipped with classic wood cabinetry, a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of counter space to prep meals for a large crew.

The Bedrooms (Sprawling Layout):

Master Bedrooms(x3): Serene, light-blue rooms featuring comfortable Queen-size beds, fresh linens, and full dressers.

Bunk Rooms & Attic Suites(x3): Perfect for kids, teens, or friends! Includes sturdy Twin-over-Full metal bunk beds, cozy sloped attic ceilings on the upper level, and plenty of natural light.

Multiple Bathrooms: Multiple clean, bright full bathrooms featuring white vanities, walk-in showers with sliding glass doors, and tiled flooring to handle a full house smoothly.

Please note: there is NO HEAT at the property, but we do have hot water and window A/C

Please be advised that we do not have a washer/dryer in the unit.

We provide 2 parking spots with your reservation. Please be advised that large truck can park in the lot behind the building due to space limitations.
Important Property Rules & Fees:

No Parties Allowed: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited at the property. In the event that a party is held, a penalty fee of $500 will be applied.

Strict Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is absolutely forbidden inside or on the property. Violators will be subject to a $500 cleaning and remediation fee.

We are happy to host up to 2 dogs (under 80 lbs each) for an additional fee of $50 per dog.

We have cameras in front of your unit door, at the parking, and behind the building.
