This is a place to slow down, breathe in the pine air, and dive into lakeside adventure - all while enjoying excellent modern connectivity, fantastic family-friendly outdoor spaces, and a great collection of water toys ready for the whole family.
The Space: Warmth, Character & Cottage Charm Inside, the cottage welcomes you with beautiful natural light, and a relaxed, lived-in comfort that instantly feels like home.
The Cozy Living Room: Curl up on the sectional next to the crackling wood-burning fireplace, or gather for a movie night on the Smart TV (loaded with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+). A collection of classic board games is also ready for your family afternoons!
The Vintage Kitchen: We have lovingly preserved our kitchen in its classic, nostalgic 70s style, and it is absolutely charming. It features a beautiful, 3 seat island that serves as the heart of the morning - the perfect spot to gather for coffee and warm waffles. It is fully equipped with an espresso machine, griddle, blender, and everything you need to cook family feasts. Note: In keeping with true cottage tradition, there is no dishwasher here - giving you a wonderful excuse to slow down, chat, and wash up together after a great meal. (or use paper plates;)
The Dining Room: A large, bright space right off the living room that comfortably seats 8. It’s an entertainer’s dream for long, lazy dinners that stretch late into the evening.
Decks, Sun & Shoreline: Your Outdoor Oasis With 106 feet of private shoreline and two distinct outdoor decks, our property is perfectly set up for both family fun and quiet relaxation.
Pristine Weed-Free Waterfront: Our waterfront features a large floating dock that sits over beautiful, crystal-clear deep water. There are absolutely no weeds here, making it the absolute best spot for swimming, relaxing, and watching the kids safely jump right into the deep, clean lake. Plenty of umbrellas to provide shade when it get's hot! A Sandy Beach access come mid - August when the water levels drop is perfect water entry way for kids to play in, while still allowing for deep water off the dock.
The Front Deck: Designed with families in mind, this spacious deck offers the perfect vantage point to sit back and watch the kids play on the playground.
The Back Lakeview Sun Deck: Perched closer to the water and equipped with a propane BBQ, this deck offers a lovely water view. It is our absolute favourite spot for a quiet morning coffee while the lake is still like glass. Also a lovely spot to host happy hour and outdoor feasts!
The Fire Pit: When the sun goes down, gather in classic Muskoka chairs around a traditional campfire to roast marshmallows under a brilliant sky full of stars.
