The cabin is located in the historic cabin community of Wilsonia and adjacent to the park's visitors center and many attractions. The cabin was fully remodeled in 2026 and includes an outdoor fire pit gathering area, open floor plan, a unique upstairs tent cabin-style sleeping loft and secret playhouse for kids outside. EV-friendly cabin with onsite 50-amp charging.

What a wonderful property! We had such a great experience with our family staying at Kings Canyon Base Camp! The home and all the amenities were fantastic. The town of Wilsonia was such a delight - the location was perfect for hiking, exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia, and for picking up any last minute needs at the local market. Plus the star gazing was beautiful! Additionally, the house was furnished with all the upgrades needed! It was plush, comfy, and decorated beautifully!! We were comfortable during our entire time at the property and would recommend this home and Benjamin (host/owner) to anyone! We would definitely come back and stay again!!
