There is in Garage parking for one Vehicle and outside spots available,Olympic size pool and showers BBQ area, 75 ft from front door. Cool off with air conditioning after a day of exploring the beautiful nature trails in the neighborhood, and take advantage of the nearby fitness room to keep up with your routine. The adorable interior creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to feel right at home. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended visit, this nice townhome provides a great base for your adventures. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome. Property is close to Cave Creek, Desert ridge open air mall restaurants and theatres, close to the Mayo clinic, 8 miles from Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town, multiple golf courses nearby.
