Only 2 houses away from Hwy 280, turn into an early 1900s renovated bungalow. Flat front yard, massive Southern trees, front porch swing, and a large back deck. Quiet yet convenient.

What makes this property unique

Convenience to Lake Martin and to Hwy 280 — the main thoroughfare from Bham to Auburn. An easy ride from ATL or Montgomery. The property is adorable. Beautiful decor. Reasonable rental price.
