What makes this property unique

We originally moved to Florida from Oregon and quickly fell in love with the sunshine, friendly people, and relaxed coastal lifestyle. Now retired, we enjoy walking and biking the Pinellas Trail, exploring Dunedin's wonderful restaurants, waterfront parks, and local events. One of our favorite things is helping guests experience Dunedin the way locals do.

What makes Dunedin special is its unique blend of coastal beauty, small-town charm, and active outdoor living. Unlike many Florida beach destinations, Dunedin has retained its authentic character, vibrant downtown, locally owned restaurants and breweries, and welcoming community that makes visitors feel less like tourists and more like locals. Dunedin is also the spring training home of the Toronto Blue Jays, attracting baseball fans from across North America each year.

Our home is part of that history. Built in 1947, it was originally a vacation cottage when Dunedin was still a quiet Gulf Coast getaway. We have lovingly restored the home, preserving its vintage charm while adding the modern conveniences that make for a comfortable extended stay.

We hope you'll enjoy this little piece of old Florida as much as we do, whether you're escaping the cold winter months, catching a Blue Jays spring training game, or simply looking to experience the Dunedin lifestyle. We are always happy to share our favorite local restaurants, scenic bike routes, waterfront parks, and hidden gems to help you feel like a local during your stay.
