The house is 30 km from Bari, only 5 km from beautiful Polignano a Mare, and within a 40 km radius you will find some of the most beautiful destinations in Apulia, such as Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, Alberobello with the picturesque Canale di Pirro, Locorotondo and Martina Franca with the Itria Valley, as well as Ostuni, famous for its churches and known as the 'white city'.



In Cozze, you will find several restaurants and pizzerias, also offering takeaway service. Just a few steps from the villa there is a beach club with a pool, bar, and restaurant, available for an extra fee.
