Loved the view of the harbor from the 10th floor. The place is centrally located to almost anything one wants to do in the San Diego area. The host was very responsive to any needs/questions we had.The check-in process is a bit of a challenge because of the condo buildings process. You have to use the code you receive on several boxes until you find the right one. I don’t fault the owner for that.The place was clean and we had a comfortable stay.

Apartment was not cleaned thoroughly prior to check-in but cleaning fee was still charged. Condition of apartment left much to be desired. Very cheap looking with water damage on some or the doors. The shower tub wasn’t draining properly and the A/C was broken in the middle of June (host mentioned a fan that was available for us to use but when we got to the apartment that was not the case whatsoever). Long story short they really tried putting lipstick on a pig with this property. Because of the issues listed above we were never able to fully settle in and feel comfortable. AVOID!!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the stay didn’t meet expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few points. Regarding the shower, a drain cover is placed in the bathroom drain for hygiene purposes between stays and is meant to be removed by guests before use — this was not removed, which explains the drainage issue mentioned. As for check-out, it was scheduled, and the guest remained in the apartment more than an hour past the agreed time, which directly impacted the cleaning window before the next guest’s arrival. Additionally, the apartment key was not returned at check-out, which caused extra costs and delays. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and remain available to resolve any future concerns.
