Breton fisherman's house with direct access to the sandy beach, beautiful sea view

An old Breton fisherman's house, beautifully renovated in an ideal location. You have direct access to the sandy beach without having to cross a street and a wonderful panoramic view of the sea from the garden, the terrace, the living room and the bedrooms. The house is a little higher, you go down a slope to the beach. Therefore, the property is almost invisible from the beach. You can sit comfortably and undisturbed on the terrace or in the living room, enjoy the wonderful view and have the impression of being directly on the beach in private, without mingling with the other beach visitors. There is a surf school 100 meters away. The bay is ideal for surfing and stand-up paddle. The house is partly furnished with modern, partly antique furniture, well equipped kitchen, a large kitchen. One of the double beds is 2 meters wide, consisting of 2 new latex mattresses, each 1 meter wide.

Tolles kleines Haus mit Blick aufs Meer!

Habe mich eben total gefreut, dass dieses Haus wieder im Programm ist! Ich war im letzten Herbst mit einer Freundin dort und bin total begeistert (leider ist es dieses Jahr zu meinem Wunschtermin schon weg :-( ). Die Aussicht ist wunderschön da fehlt einem nicht mal der Fernseher (was sowieso durch ein stabil funktionierendes W-Lan völlig ausgeglichen wird). Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu aber alles ist sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Abende am Kamin haben wir sehr genossen. In einer anderen Bewertung stand etwas über Rauchgeruch im Haus, das ist mir (als Nichtraucherin) nicht so aufgefallen - den Kamin kann man aber natürlich riechen. Moulin de la Rive ist ein kleiner, ruhiger Ort mit sehr netten Nachbarn. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen, wer aber etwas gehbehindert ist, sollte beim Zugang zum Strand vorsichtig sein (ich habe mir mit meinen Nordic-Ski-Stöcken geholfen). Wenige Meter weiter gibt es eine Surfschule, die Bucht ist dafür super geeignet, sagt meine Freundin. Es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants in der Umgebung (allerdings nicht fußläufig).

Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus liegt traumhaft oberhalb des Strandes mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Der Ausblick vom großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer und von der Terasse aus ist wunderschön und je nach Gezeitenstand immer anders. Wir waren in der Hochsaison da, trotzdem war der Strand sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter hat viele Informationen zur Umgebung, Restaurants etc. zusammengestellt. Kommunikation ist schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben alles sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet vorgefunden und würden immer wiederkommen. Man merkt allerdings, dass im Haus regelmäßig geraucht wird, wer da sehr empfindlich ist, den könnte das stören.
