Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all perishable food from fridge and cabinets.
Please turn Thermostat: Summer: 80 degrees Winter: 55 degrees (Please make sure it is set on Auto and Please don’t turn the heater completely off during the winter it can freeze the pipes.)
You are responsible to remove all of your trash at check out (Union Transfer station info above).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
