Kaiserhof 3.15 - Norderney

The "Kaiserhof 3.15" holiday rental is a one-room apartment located on the third floor of the "Kaiserhof" apartment building. The building is situated directly on the ocean, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The building has an lift. The balcony (approx. 10 square metres) offers a side view of the sea.

The apartment offers 2 sleeping arrangements: a bedroom with a double bed and a separate area off the kitchen with a bunk bed. The apartment can therefore accommodate a family with 2 children (unfortunately, children must be at least 4 years old to stay here). The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operated via an app). There is also a sauna, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
