Gute Lage mit Schwächen
Neuwertiges Appartement; jedoch haben die Terrassen alte Möbel und sind nicht gut gepflegt. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr eng, ebenso wie der Parkplatz selbst. Nach der Abreise muß das Auto sofort gereinigt werden, da es durch den Vogelkot stark verdreckt war. Überdachung wäre sinnvoll. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis paßt nicht.
