The "Nordseeblick 98" holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the "Nordseeblick" building. The building is on Kaiserstrasse and is equipped with an lift. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The beach is only about 85 metres away. The island’s centre, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Apartment No. 98 was recently completely renovated and refurbished. The furniture is custom-made, and the decor features light, maritime-inspired colours. The living room and bedroom feature a double bed, and the small kitchenette is very well equipped. A 160-cm-wide pull-out sofa bed is available for a third and, if necessary, a fourth person. The apartment’s balcony faces east towards the countryside. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Dogs are allowed in this holiday rental. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
