Ich habe die Unterkunft für meine 86-jährige Mutter mit ihrer Freundin gebucht. Sie waren sehr zufrieden. "Die Unterkunft war toll". Einzige Anmerkung war: "Es war etwas windig auf dem Balkon".

Leider war bei unserer Ankunft der Aufzug ausgefallen, Sonntag Nachmittag. Da der Vertretungshaus..
Leider war bei unserer Ankunft der Aufzug ausgefallen, Sonntag Nachmittag. Da der Vertretungshausmeister den Aufzug nicht reparieren konnte, musste der nächste Tag abgewartet werden. Wir wohnten im 8.OG. Wir sind beide über 70 Jahre alt und auch aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht in der Lage schwere Koffer und Taschen so viele Treppen mehrmals hoch zu schleppen. Der freundliche Hilfshausmeister hat uns nun die schweren Sachen getragen, verpflichtet war er dazu sicherlich nicht. Andere Bewohner mussten ihre Sachen ins 12.OG tragen. Aus unserer Sicht müsste für diese Notsituation eine entsprechende Hilfe erreichbar sein oder ... man kann mit unseren Einschränkungen keine Wohnung mehr in einem Hochhaus buchen.
Den Urlaub haben wir dann nach diesem ersten Schreck sehr genossen, die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, der Ausblick natürlich hervorragend.
