Enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway just a two minute walk from the beautiful white sand beaches of Destin. This spacious beach home is ideal for families, two families traveling together, or groups of friends looking for comfort, convenience, and plenty of room to enjoy time together.



The home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests and features three large primary suites. Each suite includes a king bed, additional bunk beds, and a private full bathroom.



The main floor primary suite is especially convenient for older guests or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. It includes a king bed, a queen over queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom with double vanities and a tub and shower combination.



Upstairs, the second primary suite includes a king bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, and a private bathroom with double vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower.



The third primary suite includes a king bed, a queen over queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom with double vanities, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower (Jacuzzi isn't operational for now).



The open living and dining area provides a comfortable space for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing family meals, casual breakfasts, and evening snacks. The breakfast bar offers additional seating and makes it easy to stay connected while cooking.



Outdoor spaces surround the home and provide plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. Enjoy the front porch, back patio, and upper decks, or gather on the covered back porch for dinner prepared on the Weber grill. On cooler evenings, the fire pit offers a cozy place to unwind.



The detached garage has been converted into a kids game room, and office. It includes a 65 inch television, comfortable recliners, a Sony PlayStation 4 with games, a quiet workspace, and a portable air conditioning unit. It is a great retreat for children and teenagers while the adults relax nearby.



The community pool is located only a few steps from the fully fenced backyard. It is open throughout the year and is typically heated during the winter holidays and spring break, according to the community schedule.



Private neighborhood beach access is just a two minute walk from the house at the Miami st intersection. Guests can easily return home for lunch, a break from the sun, or anything forgotten before heading back to the beach.
