Apartment in the center of Weimar, quiet & charming town house, bike rental

Our inviting holiday apartment in downtown Weimar in a charming town house near Goetheplatz impresses with its location and upscale furnishings. The apartment has a living room with a comfortable couch corner, a bedroom with inviting beds (double bed 2.00 x 1.80 m), a modern kitchen with stove / oven, new fridge, dishwasher and enough dishes for every occasion. Coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also available. You will also find a small collection of books for a quiet evening. The television, W-LAN (Internet) and an exclusive stereo system complete the good equipment. The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, a vanity with a large mirror, bathtub and toilet. Since the apartment is in the center, you can explore all major sights on foot. A bakery with an extensive breakfast menu, a supermarket and many other shops are nearby.


City tours: Weimar is always worth a visit. Starting from your holiday apartment at the National Theater, you can stroll comfortably through Weimar's pedestrian zone. You don't need a car. The National Theater can be reached in about 1 to 2 minutes. The Bauhaus Museum can be reached in 3 minutes. Weimarhaus, Schillerhaus, Goethe's residence, Residenzschloß, Anna Amalia library (the current highlight) and the Residenzschloss can be reached in a few minutes on foot (we are happy to reserve tickets for you). In the pedestrian zone you will also find many cafes, shops, ATMs from various banks and restaurants. On request, we can also recommend restaurants for a nice dinner for two. We also give you tips for the best times to visit the Weimar museums. Or you can take a trip to Erfurt, Jena and Eisenach (also easy to reach by train). You can reach the train station via a well-developed public bus network in Weimar.

Bicycle tours and activities in the surrounding area: If you are planning a bicycle tour, we will be happy to provide you with 2 bicycles (one-off EUR 10.00 per bicycle). If you want to be on the road with mountain bikes, we will organize it for you. There is a well-developed cycle path network in and around Weimar (Ilmradweg to Saaleradweg, Feiniger-Radweg). It is simply wonderful to cycle through the Weimar parks, have a picnic and have a look at castles (Residenzschloss, Tiefurt and Kromsdorf). The Ilm is suitable for canoe tours if the water level is appropriate. Just ask us and we will provide information.

City tours: City tours take place daily from 10:00 am and 1:00 pm from the tourist information. If you would like to be led individually, not in a group, we would be happy to organize it for you. Just talk to us. We try to realize your wishes. More information is available at
